1. MROOW provides two years of free warranty service for products.
2. The following cases are not within the scope of the warranty:
(1) Products' warranty period has expired.
(2) Products get damaged due to dismantlement, alteration or repair unauthorized by MROOW.
(3) Products get rusted, broken, cracked or burned due to improper human operations during transit, storage and use.

3. MROOW also provides paid service for products out of warranty. If the products are tested to be irreparable, MROOW will return them to clients with an examining report.
4. Warranty/Maintenance Period
(1) Free warranty: repairing will be finished within 7 business days after MROOW receives the products sent back for rework.
(2) Paid maintenance: examination will be done within 7 business days after MROOW receives the products sent from clients, and then we will show a charge list to clients for their confirmation. After the confirmation, the products will be maintained within 10 business days and then returned to clients.

5. Rework consignment:
(1)Both sides should ensure that the packing is in sound condition. Consignor should take the corresponding responsibility for the product damages caused by improper packing or improper transportation,
(2)A failure sheet should be enclosed in the clients’ consignment. In order not to affect the warranty period, please inform us of the consignment in time.
(3)Consignee should inform the consignor of the products’ problems, like breakage and wrong quantity, on the very day of receiving the consignment.
6. Rework freight charges
Consignor is responsible for the freight charges for the products with a free warranty. As to the freight charges for the products out of warranty, clients should take responsibility.
